As far as meal replacements go these taste really nice. They really suppressed my appetite. I found the more water I had with them the longer I stayed full. Worth the money especially if you buy a few boxes.

Its good, suppressed my appetite, taste nice, White says drink a lot of water, and so your should, that chemical taste? its the green tea man -_- overall its good and the results were good

I thought they'd be vile - because you just expect something billed as a meal replacement to taste horrid.
But they don't. They're actually really nice.
Daz is right - the consistancy is chewy and filling, like nougat. I don't taste the chemical taste that sanj does, so can't comment on that.
CLA - studies show it reduces bodyfat.
Xylitol - natural sugar substitute that keeps the GI low and food tasting nice.
NB: remember, this contains caffeine, so don't eat one at 9pm and moan you have insomnia :)
Drink water with it. A lot. It will solve any problems you may have with the potential laxative effect the caffeine, Fibre and Xylitol MIGHT have. Of course, it all depends on your consititution.
On the whole, though, very nice bar. Has cut down on my intake and craving for sweets.
You will have to make your own decision, but 5/5 from me.

not a fan of dk choco, although top on ingredients, could not eat them consistently, but the stuff works p.s. why do they all taste chemically!!!?

I hate to say it (i know maximuscle stuff is overpriced) but i love these bars.
They're great straight after a workout and for a change great tasting too.
Have the consistency of nougat but the flavour of Dark Chocolate (can't really taste the orange).
The added CLA and Xylitol are also additional bonuses I'm sure.
I'm a repeat Buyer and always will be.
p.s. I do not work for maximuscle, i just want all to know that the magority of protein bars are sickly, nutritionally unsound and taste horrible. These don't.
