Ive used this for the last 12 months, mainly for CV recovery. I like the product, but the taste is NASTY, they could have put more of an effort into making the orange taste like orange! It mixes up OK and seems to work. I mix 100gms of Recovermax and 50gms of Lucozade Body Fuel Powder to 650ml of ice cold water in a blender for about 30 seconds, doing this makes it drinkable. For 1kg, its too expensive, but that can be said of most of Maximuscles range to be honest.
