Summary

One Stop is the most complete 'all in one' muscle building supplement available on the market today
One Stop has been formulated for those people who want the benefits of an array of high quality and potent supplements for building muscle delivered in one product. One Stop has been formulated to contain all of the key ingredients in research proven dosages.

One Stop arguably the best formula, best tasting and best all-in-one muscle building you can buy today.

Just look at what you receive per daily serving*, One Stop contains;

74grams of Cross Flow and Ultra Filtered Whey Protein
The best protein available, 74g of preferentially selected whey protein which is high in branch chain amino acids and bioactive peptides. Whey Protein has the highest biological value of any protein source, it is a proven muscle builder and the most popular bodybuilding protein in the world today.

Superb whole grain carbohydrates from Oats and Barley
One Stop contains a unique whole grain carbohydrate blend exclusive to Reflex derived from organic oats and barley, other formulae nearly all contain combinations of high GI dextrose and maltodextrin.

The World's Most Research Tested Creatine
10g of strength and muscle building Creapure Creatine. The only 'all in one' solution on the market to use Creapure which uses a patented manufacturing process guaranteeing that it is the purest and safest creatine available anywhere. When the by products of inferior creatine products can include harmful substances such as creatinine, dicyandiamide and dihydrotriazine, the importance of demanding Creapure becomes clear.

The Most Potent BCAA
A massive 8.25g of L-Leucine. Arguably the most potent of all Branch Chain Amino Acids, scientifically proven to trigger protein synthesis which can lead to greater gains in muscle tissue.

The Most Biologically Available form of Glutamine
10g of glutamine peptide, a potent source of Glutamine, which is credited with anti-catabolic and immune support. Glutamine Peptides are absorbed by the body more easily than normal L-Glutamine, this is especially important in an all-in-one formula where protein and other amino acids will compete for absorption.

Free from Soy Protein
Contains NO Soy Protein.

Full compliment of Vitamins
100% of the RDA of vitamins which makes it unique in the 'all in one' market.

Strength Boosting Minerals
Zinc Monomethionine and Magnesium Citrate are included in the formula to help boost strength, testosterone and energy production.

Amazing Probiotics and Digestive Enzymes
Probiotics are added for gut health and digezyme digestive enzymes are added to help the body digest these performance ingredients more efficiently. Finally, bioperine is added to enhance absorption.

Please compare One Stop to the competition; you simply won't find a better formula and remember that like all Reflex Nutrition products it comes with a Full No Questions Money Back Guarantee for added piece of mind.

ive tried a few reflex shakes now and this one is by far the best tasting ive ever had and ive tried a few brands. cant really comment on its effectivness yet as ive only had a few shakes but hopefully it performs aswell as it tastes. mixes quite well too

This can be quite hard to get down but definitely manageable. However when you have finished you notice all of the crystals that you want to drink are left at the bottom and it takes several rinses with water to drink :/ still , notice slight gains at the gym in strength.

No shake tastes good in my opinion and I don`t drink them for that purpose anyway. Have used supplements for years including cyclone and for me one stop is the best by far. Very good gains in lean muscle and strength and also great value for money. Will never go back to Maximuscle products as Reflex just as good/even better and much cheaper.

Great for the price

Have tried most of the all in ones now. I would rate this up there with PHD ISO-7 which is my first choice. Sometimes a couple of £££'s make the difference though and it's good to mix up the flavours a bit. Taste is fine!

Choc tastes bad admittedly - far too sweet and heavy. I recommend using a full pint of water with the 3 scoops and I actually hold my nose and just chug it all down. At the end of the day this a suppliment not a milkshake - forse it to the back of your mouth and down it in one then drink something nice.

I agree with the other guys about the taste, it is pretty awful stuff! The best way is to mix it with loads of water and drink it slowly, but this just prolongs the agony! I found myself skipping my usual morning serving for the simple fact that I couldnt stomach the taste!
As for the results after use, I was fairly pleased overall. I didn\'t seem to gain much in the way of size, but my strength has definately increased substantially. I went from benching about 90kg to 110kg in only a few weeks, which i was pretty pleased about!
In summary; i would only recommend this product to those of you with a strong stomach!!

Tastes ok, quite thin compared to protein shakes and can taste the barley - a little like wheatgerm. Fairly easy to mix in water, but if left to stand after mixing with spoon for a couple of minutes then it is fully dissolved and tastes at its best.
Like the idea of having a shake which has carbs also and supplementing twice a day because I just cannot eat enough. This is ideal for those diet amatuers like me

Q & A

Q. How good are the results from taking one stop compared to Cyclone?
A.

It is very difficult to say which product will provide you with the largest results as it all depends on the individual. Everyone is different. Both are great quality all-in-one products and contain very similar ingredients. This is a simple case of trial and error.

Q. Hi
what is the best all in one product you recommend? not best value for money - the best supplement!

many thanks
A.

For maximum gains or if you are a hard gainer, One Stop Xtreme or Muscle Fuel Anabolic. For lean gains, go with Synergy Iso-7 or Nitro-Tech (not technically an all-in-one but a protein that works in several ways to build muscle and contains creatine).

Q. I've been taking supplements for about 12 months now - usually I go for the all in ones (one stop and PHD ISO-7 are my favourites) as they seem to be the best value. Should I be cycling off these every so often because of the creatine content? If so what would you recommend when cycling off - just a plain protein powder perhaps? I compete in BJJ and want to keep a similar calorie count so that I can stay around my fighting weight without having to think too much about my diet as I've pretty much fine tuned it now.

Out of interest do you have any recommendations for BJJ supplements - obviously I don't want to gain size. I'm just looking to retain lean muscle and continue to build up my strength as much as possible in my current frame - 88kgs. Keeping flexibility is a factor and looking after my joints and tendons is also important as they get a fair bit of punishment on a regular basis.

Thanks!
A.

They used to recommend "cycling off" creatine before there was enough research on it. Now after over 3000 scientific studies and several safety reviews, most experts agree that creatine has no side effects. So there is no problem using it long term.

For joints, go with a glucosamine/chondroitin/MSM product. These have substantial research behind them and seem to work very well for minor knee and elbow injuries - tendons, ligaments, meniscus, etc.

Q. Hi,

Is Reflex One stop IOC and IRB approved????

Cheers!
A.

The only two product lines that do full drug screening are Maximuscle and EAS.

Q. hi, i train 4 times a week and want to get bigger as i am skinny at the moment would this product be best for me to get bigger all round without gaining to much fat or would pvl mutant mass be a better supplement'
A.

To make maximum gains, you can't be concerned about gaining some fat. You have to decide upon which parts of the year you want to "bulk up" and which you want to "cut".
If you use a product like One Stop or Synergy Iso-7, you will need to eat a lot on top of taking the supplements to make big gains. If you use the Mutant Mass (we suggest starting with 2 scooops twice per day), you will add far more calories to your diet and get faster results. To further improve results, add a creatine product to the Mutant Mass. The One Stop & Iso-7 already contain creatine. For a great gainer that has creatine, use Muscle Fuel Anabolic (2 to 3 scoops twice daily).

Q. Hello,

how many servings can i get out of this also.... how many servings do i need a day

and then how long will it last if i take the recomended?
A.

There are 28 servings per tub and it is recommended that you take 2 per day, so that's 14 days worth.

Q. I am 17 years old and want to build muscle without burning a whole in my pockets. Would this product be suitable for me to use because i got told that a 17 year old can only absorb 47g of protein a day and this product totals about 72g a day. would this be waisting my money and if it is a suitable products what other products could i use to along side this all in one product'
A.

the One Stop is good value for money but it isn't the best tasting and as you say, 72 grams of protein is probably a little high to be having in one serving. You'll absorb it without problem but you likely wouldn't retain that much and some would be eliminated in your urine.

The best all in one product for the money is probably USN Muscle Fuel Anabolic. If you are watching your carbs, the best one is PhD Synergy Iso-7. At your age, I would stick to the Muscle Fuel.

We would suggest that you read the article -
