Just finished my second tub of Truemass, really works well, i was 10.5st for ages and i tried eating more but stayed at that weight, and after my second tub of Truemass (1 month) im already 11st, vanilla tastes great too. The only thing is it gives you the farts!

As far as protein goes there isn't much between any brands.
This tastes really good compared to others I've tried (I had vanilla - just like a Mcdonalds shake when blended with water and crushed ice) and I've seen a drop in body fat and an increase in weigt so must be lean muscle despite this having extra carbs.
These do have a large sccop size so 1 tub will just about last a month but for just the taste alone this is worth the extra.
