CNP Professional's Pro-Mass is not to be confused with cheap weight-gain powders, this is a scientific approach to gaining lean muscle mass for those with a fast metabolism or poor appetite. Pro-Mass contains a proprietary blend of undenatured proteins in the form of filterated whey and micellar casein with complex carbohydrates. In My Experience I find that weight gain powders are a waste of money as when you stop taking them you will lose all the weight which you gain using the powered.

Start with 2 scoops twice daily and increase scoops or number of servings until you are gaining 1 to 2 kilos per week - it's all about eating more calories than you burn!
