Worthwhile addition to gym bag
Hermann Kratz on 31st May 2011
I find this a little expensive for what it does, but otherwise it is a good addition to your supplement cupboard. I take it whenever I feel I'm hitting a plateau in my weight gain training. Taking it immediately before training it helps increase endurance and allows completing that one extra rep that one sometimes feels is just to difficult. Flavour is great with no side effects that I've noticed.

Q & A
- Q. hi , i am a professional sportsman, i regularly get drug tested so i was just curious if this had anything in it that could fail a drugs test ?
thanks - A.
That product is part of the "Drug Screened" range of Maximuscle's line. They claim that these products do not contain any banned substances (but I would check just to ensure your particular sporting organization's banned list isn't somehow unique as I don't know what sport you are involved in).
- Q. What is the difference between this, Animal Stak, and Maximuscle GH kick?
I am currently using PhD Synergy Iso-7, PhD V-max pump, and PhD creatine.
Thanks - A.
The Kick is a GH (growth hormone) booster, whereas the Stak is a testo booster. Testo boosters (as with real test versus GH) are likely more effective for most people, although GH can help with joints and getting lean.
- Q. hi. How does this product compare to PhD V-max Pump?
Thanks - A.
These are very different products. The V-max gives you energy and a pump as a pre-workout product. GH Kick is designed to increase growth hormone levels as a pre-bed supplement.
- Q. Hi there,
This product is called growth hormone kick, but is it actually a human growth hormone supplement? Please advise, many thanks - A.
No, HGH is a controlled drug that can only be prescribed by a doctor.
- Q. Hi,
I turned 18 back in January, i used to go to the gym 3 times a week doing resistance training, did see a difference but stopped going during the rugby season, now i have lost weight and weigh in at 11 stone, i want to bulk up as i am quite weedy, i am starting protein shakes now from PHD, and am about to order Creatine, Would these 3 be a suitable combination for my desired goal of filling out with muscle?
Any advice or reccomendations?
thanks - A.
If you have a fast metabolism or want to gain weight/muscle as fast as possible, go with a weight gainer product like Mutant Mass or Mass-Tech, etc. With Mutant, you need to take the creatine with it (Mass-Tech includes it). You can also use a protein supplement alongside but you can't gain unless you get more calories than you burn and for that you probably need a weight gainer or a lot more food.
- Q. i want to but on pure power and no cuts can u give ma a name and a brand witch has got sum thing like what i am looking for and il like it if is drinkable
- A.
Could you repeat the question, I'm not quite clear on your goals'
- Q. how many serving has it got '

- A.
This is a Growth Hormone boosting product. It doesn't boost testosterone. Growth hormone isn't as powerful as testosterone but it is thought to make you leaner.
See the article - http://www.tropicanafitness.com/view/v/article/a/53 - for the best info on testo-boosters.
