Directions
Mix 2 scoops (125g) of Maximuscle Progain Extreme with 500ml of water. Stir with a fork for around 10 seconds or mix in a Maximuscle shaker and drink within 5 minutes

I bought this from a local shop, paid loads more. It tastes great, mixes perfectly, no lumps, and works, gained half a stone in a fortnight. Pity about the price tho

- Q. do you know any other supplements as effective as progain extreme, if not better?

- Q. I am not small in size , 18yrs old and weigh 78kg and go to the gym 4 times a week. I have been using this for a month to build muscle mass and hopefull great abs however i am worried i will develop a belly. Do you think this is the right product for me?

If your goal is to gain muscle mass quickly, then you have to ignore gaining some belly fat and worry about gaining muscle. You can burn the fat off later (especially at your age) if you are training hard. If you try to stay lean and gain muscle at the same time you will get little if any results. You need protein and calories to gain muscle and lots of them.
- Q. How would you compare this to USN Lean Muscle Mass gainer? I've been using the latter & noticed decent gains in muscle mass & strength but its a bit too expensive for a student such as myself so was thinking of changing.

This is an effective weight gainer if you take it twice daily. Other very effective weight gainers are Mutant Mass, Muscle Fuel Anabolic and Mass-Tech.
- Q. is it vegetarian?

If you are ok to eat milk proteins (lacto-vegetarian), then this product doesn't appear to be a problem. However, the strawberry flavour contains a common natural food colouring that is extracted from an insect (not sure what the vegetarian angle is on this?).

This product is suitable for use by women, however, as it hasn't been tested on pregnant women, we would err on the side of caution and not recommend that you take it during pregnancy.
