Delicious source of protein

Over the past several years I have tried most protein powders out there and decided to give rtd's a try. This is by far the best I have used in terms of flavour, quality and cost. Vanilla is great cold, but for me the banana is the regular choice and makes consuming protein alot easier.

I must say I've tried my fair share of RTD's when I'm short on time and can't make or be bothered to make a shake.
Must say pure quality in what you are getting and I've tried EVERY flavor from Met RX RTD 55 range.
We all know Banana is a weird one in shake form like marmite you love or hate well in this case you gotta love it tastes superb.
Next on the list Vanilla again one that is a hit and miss well I'd say tastes like a maccies milkshake (put it in the fridge you'll see)
Chocolate and Strawberry are just awesome no other word can describe them.
Pure quality product from a quality company! Give them a Try 55 Grams of Protein minimal carbs and fats - great before, after or just as an in between sessions!
