I have no reason to give this product any less than five stars. I bought this product because i wanted to cut up for summer and because it is cheap in comparison to its credible competitors. In total, you take 9 tablets per day during the cycle. the implication of this is that each individual tablet is not incredibly strong so i did not experience any headaches or hot flushes; instead i felt very good most of the time. The most important thing for me was that the product delivered results, which it did. I am yet to find a product that burns away your fat without you working for it so please bear in mind that this is during training. When i started my cycle i was 15.2 stone (313lb) and by no means fat i am 6 ft 3 and well built (i am telling you this to show that i am not incredibly over weight and therefore not able to burn off more weight than most people. I train 6 days a week and, because it is cutting season, i end every session with at least one hours cardio. i dramatically reduced my carb intake and also the overall amount of food i consume. This was originally a very difficult idea for me as i love to eat and can eat a lot, however the product supressed my apetetie incredibly and did not cause me to feel sick. The product also provided alot of energy especially when i took the final dose before training and i felt fatigue far less than normal. At the end of my cycle i am 14.0 stone (196lb). i feel that my diet and excersise program played a big role in my success however i do not feel i could have completed either without the supplement.
