Directions
Recommended adult dose is three (3) capsules in the morning and three (3) capsules in the afternoon. For optimum results Lipo-6 should not be taken with meals. - Q. Can I use Lipo-6 and Cretamax Extreme at the same time?

Yes both can be used together.
- Q. It says you should take 30 mins before eating, does a protein shake count as a meal or is it okay to take shake straight after/with tablets?

Best taken with water but a protein shake is also fine. The idea is to curb your appetite prior to your largest meal.

Not to be taken by pregnant woman but you should consult your GP if trying to conceive whilst using this product.

Yes. It is listed as coffea arabica and you will also get some caffein from Theobroma Cacao also.
- Q. Does this version contain Yohimbe ?

No. Yohimbe is not legal in UK formulas.
- Q. Can you take a pre workout product such as nano vapour whilst on this product ? Can you also take a nitric oxide product such as BSN nitrix or will this cause heart problems or blood pressure problems ?

Reports show that taking in HIGH levels of caffeine can sometimes cause heart palpitations so we would not recommend combining lipo6 with any other caffeine product post workout. Nitrix can be combine with nano vapour or lipo6 as Nitrix is caffeine free and is designed to encourage muscle pumps.

The Nutrex site and many others say that you should start with one capsule and then later only 2 should be taken at a time. Why is it that you recommend a higher dose? The one that we sell says 3 caps in the morning and 3 caps in the afternoon. We sell the UK-approved version. Any others should not be sold in the UK.
