Summary
The protein requirements of athletes is approximately 1.2-1.8g/kg body weight, compared with 0.8-0.9g/kg body weight for less active individuals. For heavy athletes this extra requirement is especially important. Muscle mass is increased by the rate of anabolism and destroyed by the rate of catabolism during exercise.

started on 90+vegan and had massive gains but the taste was horrible and then changed to reflex instant whey what a mistake that was it did nothing for me so i went to 90+strawberry and gained big results again and compaired to the vegan it tasted like heaven.great value for money

Bought the chocolate one about 6 weeks ago and while I can not dispute value for money, quality, nutritional value, etc, I still think it's one of the worst tasting protein shakes i've had (and i've tried quite a few) You can tolerate with milk but with water it's terrible

The strawberry taste is not exactly the best tasting protein i'v ever had, plus its a bit powdery, even when shaken for two minutes. But it has high protein content and does the job for half the price of others.

This stuff is a great alternative to other protein shakes. I have had this for a couple of months now and can see the benefits. Especially of the addition of Casein which you can spend a fortune on. Taste is great too, tho a bit powdery at times. Just needs constant shaking. I have it with water in the morning and before bed. Beautiful. 5*

I have been using this for little over a year now and along with the right diet for me and the right training i have managed to put on a solid stone of lean muscle in 12 months so i believe this product speaks for its self. i have tried various other products in previous years and nothing compares to the quality protein and quality gains i have achieved with this. i DEFIANTLY recommend it.

Chocolate flavour is good, can be a bit chalky if you dont shake it enough - but give it a good shake and its fine!
Havent experianced any bad stomach issues like the other reviewer, but everyting affects people in different ways.
At 39.99 for 5kg I doubt you'll find a better value protein with the same protein content.
I'll be buying again if it stays at this price!
