Summary
The protein requirements of athletes is approximately 1.2-1.8g/kg body weight, compared with 0.8-0.9g/kg body weight for less active individuals. Good Quality Protein

Been using this product now for about a month, first i tried the chocolate then strawberry flavour and the strawberry was nice but you got sick of it after a while, have been using the vanilla for the last two weeks and can honestly say for me that's the best flavour. Since using the products my reps have increased and as i do a lot of running i need as much protein as i can get in, for the price and grams this is a must for all athletics trying to keep there size while going hard in the gym and also undertaking intensive cardio exercises.

i think that this protein is great, i know doesn't taste great but is full of protein and if u mix with skimm milk taste great

has to be the worst protein i have ever tasted...doesnt mix at all and tastes horrible.. tastes chalky!
I like to give the cheaper brands a go as there maybe a hidden gem, this was not it. Seriously Whack! Get anything but this. Tastes like a nasty Holland and Barrat Protein... Stay away, save your pennies for a premium brand..

Yes it has good protein content but this stuff taste's awful. You have to hold your nose whilst gulping it staright down !!!
Been using this protein since september 09 and has worked perfectly for me, chocolate isnt that nice but i love the strawberry shake especially with milk before bed :).

This product is what you would expect. The taste/texture isn't great but the effects are. I take it during the day and before bed and it does seem like my muscles are being constantly fed. You just have to put up with the powdery texture. Not the the best, not the worst but it is the cheapest

this is the only whey i have used, but i must say the strawberry tastes fine, mixes easily with a fork and gives good results. it has low fat and large % of protein per scoop. i will buy this again.
