Q. hi i am think of taking this product whilst increasing the dosage so i get 30g 35g of protien as i do not have time to make a protien shake between meals. so if you have any thoughts on how i can get an adeqate amount of protien in a easy simple form thaks very much

The only way that's faster than making a shake is either capsules (as above) or buying RTDs (ready-to-drink) products that you just have to shake and drink.

Q. sorry as i know this sounds really stupid but what do you thinks about this product as it seems really sutible for me as in betwwen meals i do not have time to make a protien shake so i was thinling of taking this but in much in a higher dose and if you dont like this product could you suggest an easy way to get adeqate protien between meals thanks alot
