this tastes great vanilla and bannana cream pie taste really nice easy to drink chocalate is also nice if u like chocalate find great results with this 1 in the morning 1 before gym and 1 before bed works gd for me!

I had high hopes for this thing. i got it afew days ago, to my disappointment, its the worst tastign protein ive ever bought in the last 5 years. its unbelivably sick in tast. mine is strawberry. its more like a juice than a shake with disgusting texture and aftertaste. no doubt the stuff is good in terms of calories n protien but i shud hav bought PhD or Reflex instead.

Usually between meals but you have to try to eat the same amount of food or more along with taking the gainer. Generally, it is best taken right after training, between breakfast and lunch, between lunch & dinner and/or between dinner and bead.
- Q. Can this be mixed with milk?
- A.
Yes you can mix with milk but this will add extra carbs protein and fats to the nutritional intake.
