My first time using this brand mass gainer. Really don't like the taste. doesn't really taste of anything. When mixing it with water its almost like you haven't put enough into the shaker. the consistency is very thin.

i tried this product.. banana flavour very nice... but a huge serving.. which is impossible to swallow. . n it gve me abit of belly as well .. good for gainers. but wont recommend bcoz it gets rid of your abs.. and it gives very bad gas to your stomach ...

Taken at least twice daily and with a good training routine as well as Animal Stack I have put on about 3-4 kgs in 2 weeks. It mixes really well and tastes really good even in water, I have had the banana.

Personally I have tired USN and Mutant mass gainers and I saw very little gains. With this product I saw gains rapidly with half the serving size and I think it mixes well with water and for some reason mixes excellently with water. And it taste quite nice as well (I have the chocolate flavour)

Loved this product up until recently. I've been informed ( by Tropicana after purchasing a recent batch )that ON have changed their supplier and now i feel this one of the worst tasting products out there......

believe Optimum have been bought by a company called Glanbia (the largest producer of whey proteins in the world) and so I believe the formulations have been changed recently, so whilst the flavours may have changed, I doubt the quality would have been affected.

Serious Mass is a good product but Mutant Mass is BY FAR our best-selling weight gainer and gets excellent reviews from our customers. It also has a very good fibre and healthy fat blend on top of the high quality protein, so I would recommend the Mutant Mass. For best results, if you aren't taking a creatine product at the moment, add 5 grams of creatine monohydrate powder to at least one serving per day (especially the post-workout one) of the Mutant Mass.
