Feel some times its better than other times. It tastes disgusting though but smells nice.
caffeine

The product contains high amount of caffeine initially, but after which u get stomach cramps. If you workout in the evening's you probably won't be able to sleep whole night.
It's money down the drain.

I had a sample of this product and i was very impressed. It worked for me but as all people are different it may not work for everyone. It is definetley worth giving it a go as i had a really good session on this and it tasted and mixed extremely well.

I have always been a touch sceptical about pre-workout drinks and had never tried one before as the side effects documented by some users had put me off. My training partner however has tried a couple of different ones with mixed results, but I decided I wanted to take my workouts to the next level so I opted for V-Max Pump as I have been really impressed with PhD's whey protein that I have been using. Firstly, it came the day after I had ordered it (hats off Tropicana Fitness!) and secondly, its the best choice I have ever made! Whilst it wouldn't win any awards for its taste (I opted for Orange Crush although to be fair, I have no other similar products to compare it to), it does give you a great boost for your workout and keeps you focussed. The pump you get is awesome and I experienced absolutely no side effects. Even better, a serving size is only 250ml so you won't have a lot of liquid sloshing about your stomach during your workout. All in all, I think V-Max Pump is a fantastic product and I'm looking forward to the gains that I know I will achieve whilst using it.
Q & A
- Q. I'm looking at the V-MAX PUMP product and I am wondering whether I would be able to take the product with a scoop of protein powder pre workout - Furthermore what product would be better, this or PHD WIRED since they have two different products for pre workout.
- A.
V-max pump is great and is highly recommended. We also recommend you take whey protein 30min before you train and V-max around 10minuets before you train or as stated on the container.
- Q. I have been using this product for a few months but I have recently noticed that I don't get the same "rush" feeling as I should. Is this because our bodies get used to the product? And do I need to change which product I should use? and if so, could you recommend the best pre-workout supplement.
I am using PhD Synergy-Iso7 and am also considering using Animal Stak.
Thank you for answering my questions. - A.
Yes, you get accustomed to these types of products and it can help to switch.
for a really strong stimulant product try Hemo Rage or Rocked
For a slightly more mainstream product, go with SuperPump or Nano Vapor. - Q. Hi,
I have been using this as a pre-workout drink, I dont seem to feel a "pump" from this! shouldnt I?
Also I use this and then after training for approx 1hr 30mins I take a synergy iso 7 is that to soon? - A.
Yes, this product should give you a pump. A few factors can influence you pump like if you aren't eating enough calories or carbs or are taking too long rest periods between sets or doing low-rep sets.
No problem taking the Synergy right after training. - Q. I have just purchased V-Max Pump and have mixed thought about it. During the work out it worked excellent, i was focused and pumped to the max!! After a bit i started to feel slght pin\'s and needles during the work out then postwork out felt drained and a little down. I am a Fitness Manager and been training for over ten years and i\'ve never experienced anything like it. Is it normalto feel how i felt? Is the product safe?
- A.
Everyone reacts differently to these types of products, just as they do to caffeine, creatine, etc.
The tingling feeling is very common and is a result of the Beta Alanine. This ingredient has been arround a few years now and hasn\'t been associated with any other side effects.
Some people do get the roller coaster ups and downs when they use these products so you may want to take 1/2 or 2/3 of a serving next time and you may find you get very similar benefits but without the crash.
