Find these really help with after work out recovery, if you stick to taking 6 after a work out i find thats enough to stop aches and pains. So lasting even longer than expected. Easy to swallow I take two at a time.
Will be getting again.

Bought this product before x-mas and started taking it last week, I think it helps a lot with the recovery time and I don't seem to be as sore any more after a heavy work out. I dont take 6 before and 6 after since my natural whey contains BCAA's anyway, however I empty 3 into the shake before working out and 3 again after, seems to work nicely.
Would highly recommend this along with instant mass and natural whey. My gains are pretty impressive just after one week. Will continue to purchase from tropicana fitness and reflex for being superb company's.

I need to take 8g per serving six times throughout the day.

There is no problem with doing this as far as the effectiveness of the aminos. However, most amino acids have a pretty bitter taste and strong smell, so we would suggest that you hold your nose a drink quickly!
