Directions

As a dietary supplement add 2 rounded scoops (55g) to 200-300ml of cold water (or skimmed milk). Mix thoroughly in a blender or a shaker for about 30 seconds. Have 1-3 servings daily.

Found this stuff in the cupboard one day, been using it for about a month now and it's great. I'm not a huge fan of the gym but use this to replace a meal or two a day depending on what I do,and usually along with some fruit. Think it tastes great, and I've lost about half a stone in that time and feel full of energy.

Ok been using this now for approx 4 months, great shake still with a little perfecting started using 350ml of water or 300ml skimmed milk for an after gym, have lost 2stone using this stuff amazing, started using this with USN IGF-1 as the night time protein supply amazing is the only way to describe results.

I'm a firm believer in, "if it tastes bad, it must be good for you", having tried Promax Diet for 6 months and seen some great results, but the taste was terrible. This stuff on the other hand tastes amazing, but its so thick and creamy, and tastes really sugary, can it really have the calorie count it claims? if so, congrats to the guy that came up with this formula. I tried mixing per the directions, but i could barely get it out of the shaker, far too thick, i go with 1 and a half scoops, and nearly fill the shaker to the top with water. To sumarise - great taste, great price, and no hunger pains. Great gear

Quality, Found best mix is 300ml, 2 good scoops, blend for best taste but you can shake for about a minute then leave in the fridge for about 2hrs while you train - can I say pure quality, no cravings and best tasting shake I've tried

Unfortunately it’s not that simple. If you are eating a well balanced healthy diet but also under eating your daily maintenance level of calories then yes you will lose weight but you will lose weight quicker if you can participate in some form of exercise 2-3 times per week for around 40-60 minutes.

We would recommened you take one serving 1hr prior to traiing and one serving post-workout.

Diet fuel is more of a meal replacement type product which offers slightly higher carbs than Diet whey. Simply decide which is best suited for your diet and for which time you are looking to use the product.

Q. I really want to drink this but hate the taste, can I mix it with more water or milk to dilute it? Will I get the same benefits?

Yeah to dilute it mixing it with more liquid you will taste the product less and will still reap the benefits, be careful with how much milk you put in though because remember it contains lactose which is still a sugar.

If this stack can be consumed 60-90 minutes prior to workout then take first thing. If not then simply take post-workout.

For weight loss purposes, this product is meant to "replace" one or two meals per day. However, as long as you take it in place of a meal or a snack that is higher in calories and/or carbs and/or lower in protein, you should get fat-loss results.

If you are using Diet Fuel to replace a meal which would normally have more calories than a diet fuel serving then yes this can be taken without exercise but in order to get the best out of any supplement then exercise would be highly recommended.

If you are consuming this product with no alteration to your diet then there could be an increase in weight. It will only work if it replaces a higher-calroie meal.

Q. i will start to use trhe shake tomorrow, can i have the shake to replace breakfast (my cereal). is there an eating plan that goes with this?. if i stop tkaing the shake once I've reached my goal weigh, will i pick up weight very quickly?

Yes, replace 1 to 2 meals per day with a shake and eat normally otherwise - no snacks and no excessive sugars, carbs, bad fats, etc and this will work very well.

If you go back to the habits that caused you to gain fat previously, then yes you will gradually gain the weight back. If you exercise regularily, this is a great way to avoid gaining fat but also cleaning up your diet may be necessary in addition - some combination of diet or exercise modification will be necessary.

I am currently about 25-30 kilos overweight and been told by a fitness instructor to use USN diet fuel in addition to my meals which are calorie controlled. low in fat and carbs etc. is it better to replace an actual meal with this supplement instead? Also, I work out three days a week... should i use this only on/before workouts on workout days or every day? Thanks.

It is designed to replace a meal (or two) and then have 1 or 2 reasonable meals in addition per day.

You can use it any time to replace any meal or two meals on non-training days. You may want to replace the meal that usually comes after your workout to take advantage of the quality protein in the product.

Take the Xedra Cut 1/2 hour before breakfast and lunch. The Diet Fuel is designed to replace a meal or two, so have it for one or two of breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Each individual is different when it comes to decreasing body fat.

By replacing some of your carbs or fat with protein in your diet you should consistenly lose weight.

You should be aiming to lose 1 - 2 kilos a week and if you follow a calorie controlled diet and regular exercise program then you should be on the right track.

Q. Do i have to excersice if I take this supplement. I cannot afford a gym, so I walk for an hour every night. Will it still help my to loose wait of will I now put on weight for not tending a gym. thank you

If you are using it to replace a meal or two per day, this will help you lose weight because you will be getting fewer calories, more protein and fat-burning ingredients. If you just add it to your diet, you may actually gain weight from the additional calories.

All supplements work better in conjunction with a well rounded exercise plan and diet but cutting your calories and increasing your protein intake is the most important thing for fat and weight loss.

Is this supplement for women? If so, how does it work?? I want to lose weight and tone, and not bodybuild or be ripped or anything like that - just nicely toned.

This product is fine for women and will only cause muscle gain and make you ripped if you follow a very strict diet and exercise program. Obviously the more intense and often you train, the better and faster will be your results. Similarily with diet, the stricter you are with cutting calories, sugars, starches and keeping the protein high, the better will be your results. Don't worry, you won't all of a sudden wake up ripped one morning!
