Do not use NO-Shotgun MHF-1 with Redline or Meltdown or any other products containing caffeine or other stimulants. This product is so far the best I have tried, it definitely gives you the boost to do more in the gym when you otherwise wouldn't. I have the lime one which tastes like medicine but does the job. Am getting very hungry though during the day, its mental how hungry I get.

This product is far better compared to BSN NO-XPLODE....as a single serving of this supplement is approx. equivelent to 2.5 serving of NO-XPLODE in terms of giving you explosive energy in the gym....PLUS unlike NO-XPLODE this product contain BCAA which is very helpfull in activating your muscle during weight lifting warm up....so ur ready to push some serious weight a lot quicker after consumption..!!!

ive tried some of the supplements which are renowned for serious pumps (no-xplode, super pump, jack3d) and they dont even come close to these results. Amazing stuff.

NO - ShotGun is the most effective supplement I have ever used. Worked first time, every time. The pump is Painful but in a good way & lasts until the day after training. Gives great mental focus & also gave me the ability to train harder with hevier weights for longer. However while I was using NO-ShotGun I noticed hair loss. Has anybody else experienced hair loss while using ShotGun'... Still an excellent supplement 9/10

Doesnt taste that great and didnt really give me great muscle pumps. But everyone is different. It did on the other hand give me more of a boost in the gym but didnt really last that long. ill be trying something else next time

I was recomended this product buy several people who have tried several NO products and can say without a dout, this stuff really gives me the boost i need .
I have been lifting more and more each week and get really pumped .
I ordered the black cherry which tastes a bit to much like chemicals but worth the results, next time i will go for the exotic fruit when this ones out.

This stuff is great! Initally it doesnt taste all that, but you do get used to it and it works too! Only downside is that your body builds up tolerance after a while suggesting you may have to cycle off for a few weeks. Tried that NO-Xplode - that is rubbish compared to this.

VPX NO Shotgun does contain amino acids, as to its source is unknown, we recommend you contact VPX directly for the source of the amino acids for you to be sure its Vegetarian friendly.

It depends
If you like a big whack of protein and amino acids along with a good pump and moderate stimulant energy, then Shotgun is best.
If you want maximum stimulant energy and you have a high tolerance for stimulants (as this is a VERY strong product), along with a good pump, go for the Jack3d. Another very similar produc is Rocked (and it's cheaper with more servings), as Jack3d has had problems keeping up with supply and can often be out of stock. - Q. i have recently been trying no-xplode supplement and considered giving no-shotgun a chance as it is slightly cheaper then no-explode. Both are two of the most popular pre-workout supplement. I wanted to know which 1 is better no-explode or no-shotgun? is there any big differences between them?...also taking into consideration i am on a fat loss diet.

Both products are fantastic but with pre-workout products, it is impossible to predict which one is best for which person, as everyone reacts differently to different products. If not already tried NO-Shotgun, we would recommend you do as this i a very powerful product and provides you with great mental focus and muscle pumps.
Shotgun also contains about 20g of high-quality, fast-absorbing, protein and amino acids per serving, which is fairly unique among pre-workout products. - Q. The product dose not state an age restriction on the label but may not be suitable for persons under the age of 18 as Shot gun has a strong stimulant effect.

You can but it already contains creatine, so better to take your creatine on non-workout days and let the Shotgun supply the creatine on training days (as you have to take creatine daily for best results).

Yes Shotgun has high-quality, hydrolysed casein protein in it. I think it tastes great but some people don\'t like it.. Super Pump, NaNO Vapor, V-max Pump and Shotgun are our best-selling pre-workouts. If you want protein, go for the Shotgun. If not, the others are all great.
- Q. Hi, NO - ShotGun is the most effective supplement I have ever used. However while using ShotGun I noticed some hair loss. This is not the first time I have experienced this problem, the first time was with a product called PHD Nutrition Synergy ISO-7. I know the hair loss comes from taking these supplements because when I used them I felt a burning sensation on my scalp especially while using Synergy Iso-7. When I stopped using the aforementioned supplements the hair loss stopped.
I must stress, I'm not blaming Tropicana Fitness for this because I know you can't be accounted for producing the supplements you sell. All I want is your opinion on the reasons why this my have happend. P.S. I'm not in a hereditary disposition, nobody in my family has experienced pattern baldness. Any advice or opinion will be much appreciated. - A.
Synergy Iso-7 is currently our 5th best-selling product and no one has ever complained of hair loss. I use it myself and I am gradually losing my hair but this hasn't increased since using Synergy (if I thought it would have this effect for a second, I would stop using it immediately).
You are obviously the only one who can decide whether you think it is the supplements at fault but I would be very surprised if they had any role in your hair loss.
Anabolic steroids are known to accelerate hair loss in susceptible people but there are no ingredients that resemble steroids in these products.
Please consider the following:
Firstly, if you don't have a genetic pre-disposition for male pattern baldness, a supplement (or anything else) would be very, very unlikely to have an influenc on this. Secondly, Synergy Iso-7 only has one ingredient that you wouldn't find in significant amounts in food (methoxyisoflavone) and this ingredient has never been associated with baldness and isn't contained in NO Shotgun. Thirdly, the tingling you feel from NO Shotgun is most likely Beta Alanine, which is well-known to have this effect.
Again, you have to decide for yourself on this matter but I would be very surprised if your suspicions were correct. - Q. Hi, is this product suitable for a gluten-free diet' Thanks

None of the listed ingredients contain gluten (on the flavour that I checked - watermelon)but it could have trace amounts, so if you are very sensitive or allergic you may want to err on the side of caution.
- Q. Can I still use creatine with this product?

Yes, you still need to take creatine on non-workout days. We recommend taking creatine twice on training days (one serving just before or just after training) and once on non-training days. Creatine is best taken just before big meals or with your protein shakes (adding carbs to your shakes, especially after workouts, will make the creatine even more effective).
