2 x morning 2 x afternoon 2x evening. Consume 8 glasses of water through out the day.
- Q. What's the difference between this and ON Micronized Creatine Powder (if any)?

The difference between the two is simply convenience of being able to take your creatine caps anytime you need them without having to mix them into water or fruit juice. They’re both the same creatine form but the creatine caps only contain 2.5g of creatine per 2 capsule serving whereas the creatine powder contains 5g of creatine per 1 teaspoon serving.
