Creatine naturally occurs in the body; it is present in every human cell and functions as an energy store. Depending on body weight and muscle mass, the body stores between 100 and 150gms of Creatine, of which about 2 to 4 grams are used every day for normal activity. Half of the required Creatine is produced by the body itself, the rest must be obtained daily from food. For an optimal supply of Creatine, 500g of raw meat or raw fish must be consumed every day. Because this is hardly feasible in practice, supplementary Creatine makes sense and is recommended.
The subject of more than 300 studies, it is one of the most researched of all supplements. Creatine Monohydrate is universally recognized as offering the potential to increase maximal strength and endurance by up to 15% in speed sports as well as intensive weight training, even in the short term. Improvement can be as high as 20% for maximal strength in interval training; approximately 30% for power increase and energy release in short sprints and up to 15% in training for repeated sprints. Creatine intake also results in improved concentration, higher endurance in training and faster recovery.
Creatine Monohydrate is ideal for a broad range of sports people; from bodybuilders through to those who need explosive power in their chosen sport or those involved in speed sports. There are a broad variety of Creatines available on the market today and it is critical that you choose a research proven safe source.
What makes Creapure Creatine different from the competition?
Whilst there are many different forms of Creatine available on the market today, Creapure is the only Creatine in the world to be consistently tested free from impurities and by-products. Manufactured by AlzChem of Germany, Creapure Creatine is the only choice for those who want a research proven safe source of Creatine. This is especially important since other sources of Creatine potentially contain impurities and by-products including Creatinine (CRN), dicyandiamide (DCD), Dihydrotriazine (DHT) and Thiourea.

I've always been dubious of Creatine as I know the body doesn't need it but this came free with an order so I thought I'll use it, After about a week I could see improvements in my training and it worked really well. this is a great product
Great Value, seem to be doing a good job!

Q & A
- Q. Do I take 4 - 6 capsules a day for a month and then have a month taking no capsules, what is the suggested procedure?
Some individuals find that a 'loading phase' is effective for them, whilst others opt to take 5g creatine daily from the offset.
If you choose to follow the loading phase route, you would need to take approximately 5g creatine, four times daily for five days, and preferably with a carbohydrate source (which is thought to enhance absorption). For this step, I would recommend a creatine powder dissolved into fruit juice for ease of use.
There are mixed reviews over the necessity of creatine loading; 20-25g daily for five days is thought to 'saturate' the muscles and so may hasten efficacy, though some individuals report the same positive effects from 5g daily as they do with 20-25g.
If you opt not to enter the loading phase, the recommended dose of Creapure Capsules is two capsules, three times daily, until you have reached your desired fitness goals.
I hope you find the above information useful.
- Q. Does creatine make you look bloated i.e water retention?
This is one of those "creatine myths". There are no studies showing that creatine increases water retention anywhere but in the muscles (and even that hasn't been shown in all studies).
In fact, the world's foremost creatine researchers insist this isn't the case and these guys have been studying creatine in the lab for over 20 years!
- Q. ive heard about loading creatine into your system, the product doesnt mention anything about loading though. Do i need to load it? if so how many capsules and how often daily and for how many days? also ive heard instead of using 3 servings of 2caps i can do 2 servings of 2caps daily? thanks
You need "at least" 4 capsules per day, ideally you should take the 6 capsules spaced among 3 doses and consumed with a big serving of carbs and/or before a big meal or shake.
If you want the full effects in 5 days instead of 30 days, then load by taking 4-6 capsules, 4 times daily for the first 5 days and then revert to the above instructions.
- Q. It says take 2 caps 3 times daily so is that just work out days or is that none training days aswell?
Creatine needs to be taken daily, not just on training days as levels of creatine build up in the muscle gradually with continued use.
