Brilliant Product.
After years of either swallowing huge pills, or swilling down teaspoons of dry monohydrate there is now an enjoyable way of getting the creatine your body craves.
4 chews straight after the gym crunch them up like sweets and away you go.
Flavour is a little lacking in the Grape option, but never the less a brilliant product!

Creatine has been heavily studied with regard to its safety and has a completely clean bill of health, so you don't have to worry as far as that goes. In fact, we don't even recommend that you cycle off creatine, as there is no good reason to do so.
It is fine to take both creatine chews and the drinks. You just have to be sure that you take a total of 15 to 25 grams of creatine per day for the first 5 days and 5 to 15 grams per day thereafter. So simply look at the creatine levels in each serving and ensure your total intake is within the above values.
