Q: How long have you been trading for, and where are you based?
A: We have been trading for over six years online, and we are based in Shrewsbury, Shropshire. We have recently opened a retail store displaying a wide range of supplements and fitness equipment so please feel free to visit us in person.Q: How do I register an account?
A: It’s easy; just click here and you will be taken to the registration page. By registering with The Supplement Store you will be able to place orders much faster, and take advantage of special account holder offers.Q. How do I read and use reviews?
A: Click on the supplement of your choice and then scroll down just below the main product image. Here you will see a ‘View Reviews’ link. Just click this link to read the full list of reviews and ratings submitted by our customers since we launched our re-designed site!Q. What do you do with my personal details?
A: We only use your personal details to complete your order, and shortly after completion of your order your payment details are automatically deleted from our system. Your name and address details are stored on our system to make future orders easier. Your name and address details are never sold or passed on to a third partyQ. How long will my order take to be arrive?
A. 80% of our orders will be delivered within 24 hours. You can guarantee next day delivery for just £1.99 extra. If this option is selected delivery will be made by 3pm the following day. Please place orders for next day delivery by 3pm Monday – Thursday.Q. Can my order be sent to my work address instead?
A: Yes we can send your order to a work address. We will also need the cardholders address for security checks, but the order will be shipped to the work address that you enter in the ‘Shipping Details’ section of the checkout form.Q. What happens if an order of mine is damaged in transit?
A. Every order sent from here is fully insured, and any damaged parcel will be replaced by us and we will claim from our delivery partner responsible for the damage. They will collect the damaged parcel from you upon delivery of the replacement, to investigate how the damage occurred. We will aim to replace your damaged product within 24-48 hours.Q. Can I track my order?
A. Every order can be tracked online using your five digit order ID number, along with the email address that you submitted when placing your order online.
