How does your loyalty points system work?
It's simple! For every £1 that you spend, you'll earn 1 loyalty point - so, if you spend £50.00 you'll earn 50 points and each point is worth 2.5p, which means you'll have £1.25 available to discount off your next order!
How long have you been trading for, and where are you based?
We have been trading online for over eight years, and we are based in Shrewsbury, Shropshire. We have a retail store in Shrewsbury that stocks a wide range of Sports Nutrition - feel free to call in between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday!
How do I register an account?
It's easy; just click here and you will be taken to the registration page. By registering with The Supplement Store you will be able to place orders much faster, and take advantage of special account holder offers.
How do I read and use reviews?
Click on the supplement of your choice and then scroll down just below the main product image. Here you will see a "View Reviews" link. Just click this link to read the full list of reviews and ratings submitted by our customers since we launched our re-designed site!
How much is delivery?
Standard delivery is free of charge. We aim to despatch orders within 48hrs, and we only use DPD courier service for delivery.
We do offer the option of Guaranteed Next-Day Delivery for just £3.00. If you spend over £60, we'll include this for free! If your order is under £60 and you would like Next-Day Delivery, please select this option when you checkout (stage 3 of the checkout process)
How long does delivery take?
Our standard delivery service takes 2-3 days. We also offer a next day delivery service for £3.00, or you'll qualify for this service free of charge if you spend over £50!
We only use a signed for DPD Courier Service to deliver parcels to our customers. If you pay for, or qualify for, next day delivery your order will be delivered on the following working day, providing you order was placed before our 3pm cut-off time.
PLEASE NOTE: VERY OCCASIONALLY CONSIGNMENTS ARE LOST IN TRANSIT; IF THIS HAPPENS WE WILL ENDEAVOUR TO TRACK THEM WITH OUR DELIVERY COMPANY AS SOON AS WE CAN, BUT DELIVERY MAY TAKE UP TO 14 DAYS.
Can my order be sent to my work address instead?
Yes we can send your order to a work address. We will also need the cardholders address for security checks, but the order will be shipped to the work address that you enter in the "Shipping Details" section of the checkout form.
What happens if an order of mine is damaged in transit?
Every order sent from here is fully insured, and any damaged parcel will be replaced by us and we will claim from our delivery partner responsible for the damage. They will collect the damaged parcel from you upon delivery of the replacement, to investigate how the damage occurred. We will aim to replace your damaged product within 24-48 hours.
Can I track my order?
Every order can be tracked online using your five digit order ID number, along with the email address that you submitted when placing your order online. Please click here to visit out order tracking page.
What do you do with my personal details?
We only use your personal details to complete your order, and shortly after completion of your order your payment details are automatically deleted from our system. Your name and address details are stored on our system to make future orders easier. Your name and address details are never sold or passed on to a third party
What is your security and privacy policy?
In the bottom right hand corner of the screen when you reach our checkout form, you will see a padlock symbol indicating that our checkout form is fully secure and your information will be protected

Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
