Q. I am 16 and six foot weigh 80 kg, can i take this stuff? Arethere any side effects and will i notice a difference in size and to how i train?

Thank you for your query. We do not usually recommend that any persons under the age of eighteen supplement their diets with muscle building formulas or similar products; reason being, your body is still growing and developing, therefore it is best not to interfere with this natural process.

Q. is this ok to take along with fat burners too, such as inner armour Liporip or thermobol etc.

Yeah it is fine to combine a ZMA complex with a fat burner.

Q. does zma pass drug screening as it has not got the drug screened logo on the bottle. cheers slim

The original ZMA (that has been used in scientific studies) contained 30mg zinc monomethionine, 400mg magnesium aspartate and vitamin B6, so any ZMA that has these amounts of zinc, magnesium and B6 in a highly bioavailable form, will work well. There is no need to have more than this and a formula with less than this may not be as effective.
