i cant believe i overlooked BCAA all these years 1 of the best products i have taken for my muscle....we often blame our asian genes for lack of progress and rapid muscle breakdown this is the answer...this product is amazing i have stronger muscle and noticed better muscle gain then i did the last few years...

If you are going for just the one then i'd go for the protein shake such as 100% Gold standard whey because this will have added BCAA's in it along your protein. They are also fine to combine with cla and omega-3.
There are no side effects to using BCAA's
Consume 2 BCAA 1000 capsules between meals, 30-45 minutes before workouts, and/or immediately after workouts for best results.
You should take some whey protein and/or a BCAA product like this or an Essential Amino Acid (EAA) product (like EAA Stack) before and after training. Also, take a protein supplement between meals and with meals and snacks that are low in protein and drop some of your carbs if you are worried about the added calories. Higher protein diets definitely work better for fat loss and for maintaining mass whilst cutting
This contains gelatin from either cow or pig origin, so is not Hallil. With capsules, unless they say "Vegi Cap" or something similar, assume they are from animal sources.
Take 2 caps, 2 or 3 times per day but you can exceed this because aminos are just the constituents of proteins. Perhaps take more on training days or when you haven't eaten much protein that day.
