Its my second day on taking them and I'm training for an hour each day. So far no change but I'll be reviewing in a week again. Only downside is I keep getting a dry mouth. Has any one else got this?

Been using this for around 4 weeks now training 4 times per week and have managed to loose around 5-6KG with a controlled diet.
I used this alongside my pre-workout suppliment Jacked and think they work pretty well together.

Lost 4lb the first week and 4lb the second week, 3lb in the thrid week and im not even training just watching what i eat. These caps are very good!

- Q. I go to the gym, weight training every day 4pm - 5.30pm. I then do a 10K jog 6pm - 6.45pm. What is the best time to take this supplement to order to gain the best results?
