I used this product as part of a 12 week cutting programme. I was 15st and around 16-17% bodyfat, training for size.
I bought the 120ct tub first and within 2 weeks, after feeling the effects and seeing visible improvements, I bought the 210ct. I did increase my dose, but this product is sensational. I am unbelievably impressed with it to this day, and I finished my cut 2 weeks ago. This product works everytime, and is well worth buying.
I dropped the weight down from 15st to 13st 6lbs with 8%bodyfat. My CV training was only a 45 minute walk at around 3-4.5mph.

Also the directions are a little confusing, it's suggesting 2 take before main meals. So I'm assuming first thing on waking before breakfast and then before lunch, because you shouldn't take 5 hours before bed and my evening meal times vary.
Or could you suggest another product?

If you were to take these two products they are safe to take however it's recommended to take them 5 hours apart from each other as they will both contain stimulants for example caffeine. You can take them as you have mentioned indeed.

If used in the mornings and post training only then the simple sugars can work well when dieting or trying to gain lean muscle mass. However simple sugars at other times of the day can lead to fat storage. You cannot build muscle and lose bodyfat at the same time, one requires a surplus of calories to build muscle, the other requires a calorie deficit to lose bodyweight and stay lean.
