Directions
As a dietary supplement, add two rounded scoops to 400ml of cold water. Use a blender or a hand held shaker and mix for about 30 seconds. Have 2 to 3 servings daily. (Servings may be halved) For even higher calories in the form of extra protein and carbs you could use fat free milk instead of water.

Taste is good with milk or water, good price, have used a whole 5kg tub, 3 times per day and have put on around a stone of solid muscle... this was around 3 months use. Very happy! You will be to! Enjoy.

For quick lean muscular weight gain, look no further. Great product, especially when stacked with 'Kre - Alkalyn Pro'. Stacked with great quality proteins, L-Glutamine, Taurine etc etc. Great value for money too, as you get 44 servings per tub. Each serving yeilding 44 grms of protein per serving and the same in good carbs. Relatively low in bad fats too. Cant go wrong.....My advice? Get it!!

Vanilla the best taste by far; especially when chilled. ratio 1 scoop:300ml fluid. Choc is nice; strawberry not so. Will buy again at £10/kg

Great product. Good quality protein, yielding an apropriate amount. However, it has become apparent that this product no longer includes creatine in its ingredients. Have no clue as to why USN have decided to neglect its use, as i for one used its inclusion to top up my initial creatine levels.
That said, USN have kept the glutamine and taurine ingredients amongst others, however there is no notification, anywhere, of the missing creatine. With this in mind, maybe the price should be reduced....'

That all depends on your nutritional intake, training regime, sleep and genetics. We cannot definitively say that you will gain X amount of weight in a certain time frame however if you are new to weight training then your weight could rise quickly if all areas are executed well.

In order to gain weight you simply need to consume around 500 calories more a day than you are burning. This product is a great meal replacement and will help you steadily gain weight if your diet is high enough in healthy calories. Go for the mass, as the STS is more of a meal replacement. At your age you probably need CALORIES! You can always add more glutamine up to 5 to 10 grams per day but it can get expensive, so depenes upon your £!

As long as you are ok to eat dairy products (milk, etc) and eggs, this product doesn't have any other ingredients on the label that would typically be derived from other animal sources.

Muscle Fuel STS doesn't contain creatine and it isn't advertised as having it (that we're aware of). I think you've confused it with Muscle Fuel Anabolic, which does have creatine.
