this product does exactly what it says, i have been using this product for a month an haveing been stuck at 15 an a half stone for months and months, i have finally reached the 16 stone mark. my strength has increased an my size, well, i find it hard to fit into my old shirts, guess i will be shopping this weekend for clothes aswell as another months supply of anator
