Q is it okay to take animal cuts before work out and these?

Q can you give me exact directions on how many capsules to take during the loading phase and after loading phase
A

The 'loading phase' can vary from one individual to the next - indeed, some opt not to begin with such, and take 5g daily straight away.

However, if beginning with a loading phase is something you would prefer, taking 5g (two capsules) of creatine four-five times daily for five consecutive days is generally advocated. After this phase, take 5g daily as a maintenance dose, preferably post-workout.

Please remember to take creatine with a carbohydrate source, as this is thought to enhance its efficacy. For ease, you may wish to take your carbohydrates in the form of a carb powder, such as Extreme Nutrition Carbs, or with fruit juice.

Yes take creatine everyday for 3 weeks with a one week break and maintain 10g a day after the 20g loading phase.

Creatine studies suggest a minimum of 3 grams per day to get significant muscle- and strength-building effects. If you want the effects more quickly, do a loading phase of 3-5 grams. 4 to 5 times per day for the first 5 days.

Takeing creatine with large amounts of carbs, whey protein and lipoic acid have been shown to increase creatine retention in the muscle.

Q What's the difference between this and ON Micronized Creatine Powder (if any)?

The difference between the two is simply convenience of being able to take your creatine caps anytime you need them without having to mix them into water or fruit juice. They’re both the same creatine form but the creatine caps only contain 2.5g of creatine per 2 capsule serving whereas the creatine powder contains 5g of creatine per 1 teaspoon serving.
