Therefore you only need use a very minimal amount, which equates to less stress on the wallet. This is also mixed with black and white tea extract which results in a powerful product. I swear by it.
There is no better Creatine!!!

- Q. I thought this was a pre-workout creatine pill but you seem to suggest it can be taken post exercise as well???
If I only use as a pre-workout supplement is it ok to take a different creatine supplement post-workout e.g. phd creatine mixed with some whey protein? - A.
This product suggests taking 1 cap pre and 1 cap post. You can take creatine before or after training. It may be slightly better taken up by muscle if taken before but larger doses can cause possible mild stomach upset if taken before training (Kre-Alkalyn is low-dose).
- Q. Is thisel the soft gel version or just the powder in the capsule?

I don't think Kre-Alkalyn do a Soft Gel. This one isn't anyhow.
