Directions
Normal Dosing: Hemo-Rage is stronger than any pre-workout supplement ever formulated so all label guidelines must be followed. To assess your tolerance, begin by mixing just one serving (1 scoop) into 200 to 250ml of cold water before hitting the dungeon. If you can tolerate the potency, move to the Underground Dosing protocol below. Do not take more than 2 servings every 24 hours. Do not consume within 6 hours of sleep.
Underground Dosing: Due to the concentration of underground stimulants and anabolic agents, never exceed this dosage under any circumstances. Begin your trip to the Underground by mixing two servings (2 scoops) into 350 to 500ml of cold water. Take 2 servings before doing battle. Do not take more than 2 servings every 24 hours. Do not consume within 6 hours of sleep.

This is THE worst pre-workout supplement i have ever tried and i've tried a few.
NO PUMPS, NO BUZZ, NO EDGE, NOTHING!
Taste like sweet syrup; cheap nasty stuff you get for children in those square containers; weird after taste also. Lucozade sport would give a feeling than this....i would give it 0 stars if i could.

The best pre-workout i have ever used!! Only downside is it makes me very anti social when working out. That said, im in the gym to work not talk!! Got 'sucker punch' which tastes like sweet cherry. Very nice flavour, mixes well, and gave me great increases on weight!!

Rubbish product! I have no idea how they can put such a price to such a rubbish product! Nothing to compare to Gaspari's Myofusion or BSN's Suntha 6.... buying this prodct - BIG MISTAKE!

complete waste of money. I've tryed many diffrent pre-workout sups (bsn, dymatize, labrada etc) and this is by far the worste. Tryed max segested doesege and dident get even a little heat increase not purked up like on previous supplements, honestley not worth the £20.

Used most pre workout sups and tbh i think a coffee and a fag would have a better affect than this. But different sups for different people! Personally save your money and hit something like Jack3d or Rocked!

Aside from all the dungeon and 'not for wimp' hype, this is a seriously brilliant pre-workout supplement. It is by far the best I've ever used! Gives a really good buzz and focus throughout a weight training session, and really helps to boost the weight up or to squeeze out those extra reps.
I've tried a few of these, including BSN's Xplode which just made me light-headed, dizzy and feel sick. This however, even at maximum dose, does not do that at all. I found it boosts my body temperature too, making me sweat more which is good for the weight loss side of things.
Bruisin Berry tastes pretty good, and keeps me buzzing for hours. I'll never buy anything else! Brilliant. 5/5, well done Nutrex.

Start by taking a half serving 1/2 hour before training to assess your tolerance. If this goes well, you can up the dose to a full serving. Follow manufacturer's directions at all times as this is a very powerful product!
- Q. Can you drink alcohol in the evening having used hemo rage and trained in the morning?

There shouldn't be any kind of problem with that. Obviously heavy drinking can cause side effects though on its own.
If you drank heavily at night and then have the Hemo Rage in the morning, it could have a more dramatic effect and be more likely to make you jittery or have other unwanted effects though. - Q. Hi does the Hemo Rage contain any animal substances and/or alcohol.
