Good Source of Protein

I’ve had a couple of these bars now and I normally have them on a break at work or before a workout. The extra 25g of protein and 260 Calories is very welcome to my diet and a great source of extra energy before or after a workout. The bars are quite big and very strong in flavour. If your looking for a bar that delivers then I would say this bars does. The price is good for what you get and it’s cheaper than other bars on the market.

- Q. the nutrition on this bar sounds quite good, but i'm looking for a bar that will keep me full for 5-6 hours could you recommend anything?

These are good for a protein hit, however keeping your hunger curbed depends on your metabolism too, we can only suggest something containing Oats as it's slow released carbohydrates, Try the CNP Flapjacks or PhD Flapjacks, these may keep your feeling fuller for longer.

Yes these bars are suitable for vegetarians, as long as you're OK with milk and egg proteins.
