Outstanding Product

I really can't believe how good this product is. A high quality Isolate that mixes well, taste's great and is the cheapest!!
I've had some Isolate's before that have tasted rank, but this stuff is brilliant!!

mixing this with water takes ages and you have to use alot of water and when it is finally mixed it is so bitty. I got the vannilla flavour which is truely distgusting. Other than the taste being horrible it is just like any standard protein shake and not bad for the price. Deffinatly not buying this product again

superb product and for the price just can`t be beat currently on my 5th tub and results are good and aids recovery very well i normally use vannila which is fine i use a shaker bottle and mix it with water no probs at all it mixes in seconds, at this price it`s worth a go and if you don`t like it you haven`t broke the bank to find out
This is one of the worst tasting powders I've ever tried, this score is not a reflection of how effective the product is, but it's the first time in years that I have actually had to force myself to drink a protein shake.

Q & A
- Q. Hi
I have heard you cant drink this 3 hours before or after any meal - is this true?
when is the best time to drink this, in relation to the time you eat and work out, please?
I have been eating my dinner at 7 then working out till 8-9 then bed then drinking this when i wake up at 6AM, then about 5 mins later only having one weetabix and semi-skimmed milk for breakfast, then lunch at 12ish - is that OK, please?
Many thanks for this service!!! - A.
You can have this any time of day. The best times are:
1. after training
2. About 1 hour before training
3. Just before a meal that is low in protein
4. Between meals and before bed
Taking it with other foods may slow the absorption a bit but will not significantly affect how the product works in most cases. Taking it with milk won't slow down the whey or affect its performance.
