Take 5 measures (approx. 136gms) and mix with 400ml of water or skim milk. Or take a half serving (2.5 measures) and mix with 400ml of water or skim milk.

Have been trying the strawberry one for about aweek now, after i bought the vanilla i wanted to try another flavour. Tastes great but i prefer vanilla, seen good gains while using this profuct for sure.
