Hi, 1) Instant Whey is low in both fat and carbs, so if you are active and training two or more times per week you won\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'t put on fat. 2) It can be taken as a meal replacement if you are looking to control your weight and reduce bodyfat, but if you want to gain muscle you should take 1-3 servings per day in addition to three healthy meals that contain decent levels of protein. 3) Lean Muscle can be gained by taking 1-3 servings per day, and ensuring you workout 3 times or more per week whilst consuming a high protein, calorie controlled diet. Tastes really good, mixes really easily with water in a shaker leving no lumps. Has given me an increase in strength that Maximuscle cyclone could not match ! I have recomended this to all my friends. The Choc Mint is prob the best.
