was sceptical about the claims but it does work. it elevates your energy levels i just feel better overall , as for libido thats risen to ,sorry for that one. :)

This is the first 'ZMA' product i've used and didn't really know what to expect but i've noticed much better sleeping patterns, waking up feeling very energetic and I am definately feeling a positive response with my recovery. As far as 'ZMA goes, I'm happy sticking with this one.

Bought this product to help boost my Testosterone levels , make my sessions more aggresive and build muscle quicker...Does it work...YESS!
The first thing youll notice about this is that it makes you sleep like a baby! It allows me to get a solid satisfying night , 10hours + ! You will find that you dream a lot when using this zma, which is also a added plus. I feel much fresher in the morning, so I can workout harder and recover quicker. If you do some research, then youl realise how important sleep is for building muslce and testosterone levels.
I have noticed positive change in my labido aswell.. Fantastic! It is also relatively cheap..
Overall i would highly recommend this product. Got next day delivery from tsst for free...great service once again

This product comes in a 2 piece gelatin capsule so is not suitable for vegetarians.
