Directions

"Most importantly, it is a good supplement, I've gained just under a stone in weight since I started taking it (which is noticeably better than any other supplement I've taken!) but I made the mistake of buying chocolate! I see having one of these shakes as a chore! The only reason I can force myself to drink it is because its easy calories!

"i have used this for nearly 2 months now it has helped me alot i have nearlly gained a stone and none is fat as my muscles are still define i would recommend this best supplement ive used so far and also easy on the stomach. ( i use water quick realease straight to the muscle i take 1 half scoops in the morning 2 scoops straight after training) eat 4/5 meals a day spread out which i consist with chicken pasta rice fish porridge weatabix and etc!!!"

I think you're going to struggle, as even the products that don'e contain gluten as an ingredient are made in factories that handle gluten-containing foods. You're probably best off just sticking with the whey and using specific gluten-free carbohydrate products to boost your calorie intake (you may want to also add a multi-vitamin / mineral and creatine)

Q I received this product today and the nutritional information is slightly different to what is stated on your website. Per 155g serving - protein is 43g, not 46g and carbohydrates 97g, not 100g. I just wanted to confirm that this product is still very low in sugary carbohydrates (as stated on the nutritional information on your website - 5g), as this amount is not stated on the tub. Thanks.

Thanks for the heads up, I will have this changed on the site. Regarding the sugar, yes, I just looked at the tub and it's 4 grams. Most of the carbs are from maltodextrin (a complex carb).

Mutant Mass contains little to no soy protein, MF Mass contains soy as well under half of its protein source and MHP is mostly soy. So go with the Mutant Mass as it's got very little soy.

We would recommend you take one serving post workout as this is when your body really needs to replenish all the nutrients it has lost during training. This depends entirely upon your calorie intake. If you aren't gaining, you aren't eating enough calories...it's that simple. Some people have to add quite a few extra calories to gain and often people eat less food when they add a gainer to their diet. So schedule in more or bigger meals. Also, if you aren't using a creatine product, that would be a "no brainer" It's the most effective, safest, muscle and strength-builder.
