Directions

Bought this a few weeks back to try and supplement my calorie intake, the first time I tried it I knew I'd made a bad choice, even with 1 scoop in 500ml milk or water in my smoothie maker left clumps in it, and the flavour is sickly imo. Now I have to force myself to drink it, as soon as I get paid i'm going back to my old gainer. very unsatisfied with this product.

one of the best, using only one scoop per serving 2 times daily, i gain 3kg. one in the morning and the other after workout. no problem with mixability. vanilla tast so good, is the same as mass-tech vanilla. buy it again soon. the best product amoung a lot of protein gainers, (i tried almost any other on the market) . this product works.

I purchased this Mass Gainer to make it easier to hit my calorie intake goals each day, but it is by far the worst supplement i have tried.
I have been halving the serving size each day, and it is just impossible to mix. I have to fill up two shakers just to have a half serving, and even then i open it and find clumps left.
Maybe its better mixed in a blender, i dont know.
Its the fourth Muscletech product ive tried, and wont be purchasing anymore.

MuscleTech products are 1 of the best, i bought 2 which is 11kg for 65 pounds, where else can u get a shake with over 250g carbs which are vital in helping to gain mass along with 4 good size meals. i split the shake into 2, one when i wake up + 1 after a workout.
Chocolate flavor, very similar to the maximuscle chocolate product,with around 14oz semi-skimmed milk you cant go wrong :)

- Q. is this product similar to USN fuel anabolic? im looking to increase mass, and this is cheeper than a 4kg tub of USN and you get an extra kilo. What other products would you reccommend?

Muscle Fuel Anabolic is an all in one product and contains the same similar ingredients to Premium mass gainer but is much lower in carbs. Premium mass gainer packs a whopping 261g of carbs whereas Muscle fuel anabolic contains 78g per serving. We would also recommend MuscleTech HexaTest for serious gains.
- Q. How is taste the Mass Gainer, compering mass tech? I tried before mass tech and taste really good.

In our opinion it taste very nice but it is very hard to describe taste as what one person may like you may not. Trial and error is the only way to really find out.

The Mass Gainer from muscletech is more for the hard gainer, so if you are gaining from Mass-tech, why change? It's obviously working. But if you are finding you are reaching a plateau with weight gain, you can consider using their more calorie dense formula Mass gainer.
