Ive tried loads of weight-gainers and this is the best for me. Easy to mix, great tasting and Ive gained significant mass. Good value too and lasts around 5 to 6 weeks.

Good quality weight gain, however if you mix the 5 scoops as it suggests it is so thick like drinking porridge. so i would recommend drinking 4 two and a half scoops a day. that will mean you are getting just over a 1000 calories from this.

- Q. Hi, would you or should you still take your whey protein shakes whilst using this weight gainer or should you just use the weight gainer?
- A.
You won't need as much protein because the gainer will provide a good amount. but you can take it before meals and with snacks that aren't very high in protein. The rule of thumb is that you need at least 2 grams of protein for every kilo of your bodyweight (if you're 90 kilos, consume at least 180 grams of protein daily).
- Q. How many grams of cholestorol does one serving contain.

This product doesn't list cholesterol levels but they would be expected to be relatively low on a per-calorie basis. If this is to do with a concern about the product having a negative effect on your cholesterol levels, it is now well accepted that it is mostly the saturated fat in your diet and the width of your waist that have the most dramatic effect on your cholesterol levels (dietary cholesterol doesn't have much impact on your blood cholesterol levels).
- Q. What percentage of the protein content in this product is micellar casein'

The amount isn't listed on the label and this information is not available from Reflex. Companies like to guard their formulations using 'proprietary ingredient blends'. It looks like it would be less than 1/3 casein judging by where Milk Protein Concentrate appears on the label.

Millilitres are approximately equal to grams (depending upon the substances being measured), so your 50 ml scoop should be very close to 50 grams.
