Directions
Due to the extreme potency of Lipo-6 Black all label guidelines must be strictly followed. I was going to buy a new bottle but the price was 10 pounds lower 3 weeks ago. I have strange feelings after taking 3 tablets in one go 2 times a day. Somehow It works anyway.

- Q. Hi, I'm trying to get rid of the fat I have left on me. Use PHD Diet Whey which is ace but want to try this aswell. I work in an office Mon-Fri 9-5 and go training for about half an hour/hour almost every day before work. Should I gie this a go?

Best Supplement shakes are PhD Diet Whey, Diet Shake or something from the Maxitone range.
Women can use Lipo6 Black but it contains a very strong stimulant, so if you are sensitive to caffeine or are of small size, etc, then start out with just 1 capsule, once daily and only increase if that dose is well tolerated and follow the instructions carefully.
