Without stimulants, this thing seems to work pretty fine! I don't think it's a placebo effect, I am actually cutting down at least 20% faster than normal. Good stuff and very economic too!

Well priced and seems to trim me up exactley as i need, plus does not suppress apetite, so for me thats a bonus. But for others taht would be a negative.

Water is fine. As with all fat burner products, some work better than others for different people but they all work better in combination with exercise and especially a reduced-calorie, high protein diet.
