Optimum Nutrition BCAA 5000

BCAA 5000 provides a 5000mg blend of L-Valine, L-Leucine and L-Isoleucine in every serving

Optimum Nutrition's BCAA 5000 Powder provides a 5000 mg blend of the three Branched Chain Amino Acids (L-Valine, L-Leucine and L-Isoleucine) in every serving. The Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAA's), so named because of their unique branched chemical structure, are essential in that the body cannot make them from other compounds. In recent times, these amino acids have been investigated for their potential anticatabolic (preventing muscle breakdown) and anabolic (muscle building) effects.

Q Hi can I mix BCAA with Optiumum nutrition gold standard whey for a post work out recovery drink?

Yeah you certainly can, that would be perfect and ideal as it would help push and keep your body in an anabolic state which is very crucial post training. As the Powder is unflavoured it would assume the taste of your whey gold standard from Optimum Nutrition.

Q Hi is this sutiable for vegitarian?

You will need to contact Optimum direct as the BCAA's may have derived from an animal source.

Q is it a good idea to have HMB optiumum nurition and BCAA? if yes when should I take it....

You can stack both together that would be perfect. We would suggest a serving in the morning, a serving pre workout and also a serving post workout with your protein shake. This would ensure a steady stream of amino acids in the blood during the whole day.

Q have checked a lot of products you sell they all have fillars in them good ..wont do the job disappointed I wont be wasting my money on these ..thank you

Hello Derek, Which ingredients are you referring to? Valine (that you mentioned in your last question) is an essential, branched chain amino acid, without which you CANNOT build muscle. A simple Google search will confirm this, so I think you are getting your information from questionable sources??
