Universal Nutrition BCAA Stack

Universal Nutrition's BCAA Stack contains a clinically proven ratio of BCAAs and glutamine

Universal Nutrition's BCAA Stack, with it's clinically proven ratio of branched-chain amino acids and glutamine, can actually help you increase strength, boost performance, provide energy during dieting, and promote lean mass gains while increasing bodyfat loss. BCAA Stack is perfect for all serious athletes, from the bodybuilder to the marathoner, the gainer to the dieter.

Studies have proven that the formula in BCAA Stack can increase nitrogen retention, which in turn helps your body accumulate lean mass. Furthermore, recent studies have shown that the BCAA / glutamine stack could increase strength and positively influence body composition. While taking this powerful stack in addition to a calorie-restricted diet, individuals gained lean mass while dramatically decreasing bodyfat! Whether you're dieting to make weight or are trying to maintain (or even increase) lean mass, studies prove there's no better amino acid combination than the BCAA /glutamine stack.

Q What is the main difference of BCAA Stack from BCAA 2000? For what purpose we should prefer BCAA Stack to 2000? Thanks

If you look at the nutritional information, you will see that BCAA Stack contains L-glutamine; whereas BCAA 2000 doesn't, yet contains Vitamin C, Riboflavin and Vitamin B6, the nutrients of which play important roles in glucose metabolism, growth and amino acid metabolism. So overall, it is a matter of preference. It could be argued that the latter contains nutrients that will be of extra benefit to building lean muscle tissue. I hope this information answers your query.
