CNP Professional Pro Recover

Pro-Recover post work out drink contains a blend of high glycemic (fast acting carbohydrates) and fast acting proteins

CNP Professional's Pro-Recover post work out drink contains a blend of high glycemic (fast acting carbohydrates) and fast acting proteins in the form of hydrolysed whey and whey isolate providing a high concentration of Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) that aid muscle repair and growth. Pro-Recover post work out drink also contains antioxidants that also help to limit muscle damage caused by intense exercise.

Pro-Recover post work out drink is ideal to take after most forms of exercise and sports, (weight training, track and field, power-lifting, strongman, boxing, football, rugby etc). Consume Pro-Recover immediately after a workout or any form of intense exercise to assist optimum recovery. Place 2 scoops in a shaker bottle, simply add 400 - 500ml water for the perfect post workout drink. Pro-Recover contains:

Glucose - Glucose elevates the blood sugar levels very quickly, which causes the pancreas to release the hormone insulin. Insulin's function is to regulate the blood sugar levels by removing the high sugar and Pro-Recovers fast acting protein's. These are taken out of the blood (with the sugar) and are delivered to the muscles where they are required.

Hydrolysed Whey - The most digestible whey protein (hydrolysed), which is partially pre-digested for better absorption allowing the body to use it's complete range of amino acids for faster absorption and recovery.

Whey Isolate - A higher percentage form of protein (over 90%).

Hydroylsed and Isolate whey are both fast acting proteins which means they are absorbed very quickly which is ideal for post workout meals.

Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) - One of the functions is that being a powerful natural Antioxidant. This means, it helps the body rid itself of harmful cell damaging 'Free Radicals' that arise from intense forms of exercise.

Vitamin E (Tocopherol) - Vitamin E works best with Vitamin C and has powerful natural Antioxidant properties assisting the body to rid itself of harmful cell damaging 'Free Radicals' that arise from intense forms of exercise. It also maintains a healthy blood supply enabling the body to distribute nutrients (proteins) to the damaged muscles for fast recovery.

"hello the gym i go to is run by former mr universe.... well they have alot of trophys. they stock cnp product i thought it must be decent and it it mixes great tastes nice and is a brilliant protien for getting bigger how ever ive stopped taking it because its expensive for 63 serving so with everything im on ive switched to phd whey at the moment its a great protien and you get 90 serving for 40 quid"

I've been training 5x per week plus cardio and acrobatics, and I've seen very nice gains in just a couple weeks. I've recovered quite nicely to consistently train hard.

Mixability: 2
Foams VERY easily (can't just shake it like you can with whey unless you want the foam to go craaazyyyy) and it's hard to not have it clump up without silly foam.

I have chocolate flavor and the taste is pretty good in my opinion.

Value: 4
Will go you a pretty long way and the price is not too bad, especially with the current deal of 500g free glutamine :)

Might just be me, but I've had some excess gas since I started using, which isn't quite so cool. But other than that, I've been pretty ok"

"This in Choc. is like a McDonalds milkshake-absolutely gorgeous. This is up their on test with USN musclefuel STS' Vanilla. Always use after workout: 1 scoop:300ml fluid and as cold as possible."

"I train 5 days a week, and when I know I've had a hard session, 1-2 scoops of this will definitely make it possible to train the next day.

If you are on a calorie controlled diet, this is probably not the best thing to take, as you are looking at around 300cals in a recommended dose. However if you aren't dieting, then this the stuff for you.

I only use 1 scoop of strawberry with 200-300ml of skimmed milk, as I use pre-workout stuff with some BCAA's in, then eat something protein rich about 30mins-1 hour later.

This is absolutely delicious with milk btw, if you dont mind adding an extra 100cals to the shake, lol."

Q im not too keen on the sugar level on this.. isnt it a bad thing taking in this much sugar in one straight go?

Sugar post traininig is unlikely to cause any fat gain and is very useful to repleneshing nutrients (like glycogen). It will also increasee insulin to enhance recovery and improve amino acid and creatine uptake into the muscles.

Q hello can i use CNP Professional Pro-Recover and CNP Professional Pro-Mass together and how many times a day can i use each one? thank

Hi JTS Sorry for the late response. You take the Pro-Recover after training. Take the Pro-Mass in addition to all of your meals. Start off with one serving daily and if you stop gaining weight, increase to two servings and adjust up to three daily if you are still not gaining. The idea is to keep upping your quality calories until you are eating enough to gain mass.
