Description
Long Range Endurance is formulated to deliver the proper balance of hydration ingredients to allow endurance athletes to simultaneously rehydrate and push themselves during exercise. To meet the needs of endurance athletes, the Long Range Endurance formula includes a combination of fructose and maltodextrin in a precise 0.8:1 ratio, plus electrolytes.
Directions:
For training workouts - mix 3 scoops with 24 oz water. For race day - mix 4 scoops with 24 oz water.
