"This doesn't mix as easily as expected in a hand shaker. You really need to put some power in to get it mixed, and even after that, lumps may occur. Even when mixed in blender ther taste is a bit chalky. Despite all that, Caramel Choc Nut is not a bad taste and you will not get bored fast."

"Mixes easily and tastes great with water. I've tried the Raspberry Yogurt and Choc Caramel Nut and both are delicious. Very filling and excellent for bulking up. I've been using this for a month and starting to see the results. "

"I've tried a LOT of weight gainers and this one is up there. Tried the raspberry one and highly recommend. Going to try the chocolate flavour next. Seen a significant gain in mass considering I've recently switched to water shakes as the amount of milk I was consuming did not seem to agree with my stomach. Mixes well, tastes good (even with water) and I've recorded a better gain in the last month against previously recorded weight gains!"
