If you turn back the bodybuilding clock, you'll no doubt remember that old stand by, the "weight gainer." You probably picked up an economy-sized bottle when you were playing high school football before you became a competitive bodybuilder. Along with the Animal Pak, a quality weight gainer was probably one of the first supplements you ever used. For years, supplement companies sold tons of this stuff. Why? Because it worked. Today, the weight gainer has lost much of its popularity. And over the years, the weight gainer has changed very little. But whether you grew up bodybuilding in the 1980s, 1990s or today, one thing remains certain: to bulk up and put on quality muscle weight, you need plenty of calories. And when you can’t eat any more, you need more calories. Gain Fast 3100 helps. Big time.
For most of us, putting on weight is a simple process (for some, all too easy). Eat more of everything"quality protein, whole foods, vegetables, eggs, milk, fruits, good fats, and the like. For others, gaining weight is a difficult proposition. You have a hard time eating every three hours. You always feel full. Maybe you're a "hard gainer" who can't seem to put on weight no matter how you try or how much you eat. Universal Nutrition's Gain Fast 3100 has been designed to fuel your body with up to 3100 quality calories per day. But sometimes, even mega-calories aren’t enough. Sometimes you need something more, something like anabolic boosters, performance herbs, natural plant sterols, EFAs, digestive enzymes, and muscle optimizers. We’re talking about ingredients like L-arginine, plant sterols and other good stuff. Where else can you get this kind of formula? Nowhere else in the world. It's only available in Gain Fast 3100. With Universal Nutrition's Gain Fast 3100’s exclusive "Get Big Quick" Formula, you get over 3100 calories from 38g of protein, 156g of carbohydrates, and only 11g of fat. So when you want to bulk up in the off-season, or you just want to add some quality mass, turn to Gain Fast 3100.

QI have been using USN hyperbolic mass for a while now but considering a change, i burn alot of calories but am looking to put on size fast, is this product better than the hyperbolic mass, if not is there a product that is?
The Gain Fast does have some unique muscle-building ingredients that aren't found in other gainers but you may miss the creatine that you get in Hyperbolic. So either use the Gain Fast and add an inexpensive teaspoon of creatine power to each serving or go with Mass-Tech or another gainer that already contains creatine. All gainers will work to build size if you use the right amount for your needs and keep eating lots of food!

QIs this product gluten-free?
Unfortunately, I am unsure. I have checked the ingredients list, and there are one or two which may be gluten-derived.
I would advocate contacting Universal Nutrition directly on firstname.lastname@example.org for more clarification.
I hope this information helps.
Qcan I take this I a a type 1 diabetic if not is there one I can take thanks
As a diabetic, you should not take any product or make any major changes to your diet without consulting your doctor or other appropriate health professional. Gain Fast is a high-calorie, high-carb, fairly high-glycaemic product and so if you didn't get your insulin dosage correct, then it could cause large fluctuations in your blood sugar and insulin levels. So we couldn't recommend a gainer product for you unless it was OK with your doctor.
