We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unworn or unused, with any tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. No returns of supplements will be accepted based on subjective reasons such as flavour, mixability etc.. Any such complaints should be taken up directly with the manufacturer of the item.

If your return is accepted, we will contact you with further details on how and where to return your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for the cost of the return postage unless otherwise agreed by us before the return is made. If no shipping fee was charged on the order, we reserve the right to deduct £4 per box sent from the refund to cover our outward postage costs.
Tracked Returns Service:
At our discretion, we may provide customers with the option of a Tracked Returns service where we provide the return shipping with Royal Mail. We charge a flat rate of £5 for this service. This may be either pre-paid before the return is done or the £5 may be deducted from the amount returned to the customer's payment method.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Undeliverable Items
In the event that our couriers are not able to deliver due to an incorrect address being provided by the customer, the customer not being available to take delivery and failing to arrange a redelivery, refusal of delivery or any other reason not within our control, the order will be refunded minus our full delivery costs. If in such circumstances the customer requests us to resend the order instead, any such request will be at our discretion and will require a further shipping charge to be paid at our full cost with a minimum price of £4.
Safe Place Delivery Requests
Please Note: If you request for a delivery to be left in a safe place (either directly with us by email or by notes in the order process, or via agreement from you with our courier) we will not be held liable for any loss of the order arising from that request. Please only make such a request if you are happy to assume liability for any possible theft arising from the delivery being left unattended.
